Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager IV in the Oil and Gas industry in Edmonton, Alberta.Join a leading energy organization as a Project Manager IV, overseeing the facilities scope of a major gas pipeline project in British Columbia. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in managing large-scale gas facility programs. Hybrid work model based in Edmonton or Calgary.Responsibilities:Manage facilities scope from design through completionCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor project performance and implement risk mitigation strategiesLead and mentor engineering and support staffBuild strong relationships with senior management and partnersDrive project success through strategic leadershipRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 15 years of project management experienceProven track record with large-scale gas facility projectsStrong stakeholder management skills, including Indigenous communitiesExperience in safety leadership and regulatory compliancePMP certification and P.Eng. designation preferredExceptional communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changeTotal rewards:Competitive hourly rate up to $120/hour (incorporated) based on experience12-month contract with potential extensionHybrid work schedule (Mon, Tues, Thurs in office)Opportunity to lead a major infrastructure projectProfessional development and leadership experienceCollaborative work environment with senior stakeholdersTravel opportunities (3–5 days per month)Exposure to cutting-edge energy projects
