We are seeking an independent Night Auditor who excels in a fast-paced environment and values communication. Your role will involve performing night audit accounting tasks, maintaining premises security, and ensuring seamless operations with the morning team. A positive and trustworthy attitude is essential as you will handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all night audit accounting tasks daily
- Reconcile deposits and resolve account chargebacks
- Produce reports for accurate financial records
- Ensure premises security and make emergency decisions
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly
Requirements:
- Background in hotel or accounting, preferred
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor, an asset
- Strong organizational and independent working skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Initiative-driven with a friendly demeanor
