Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and urgent care services
- Assess and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Initiate treatments and healthcare interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams effectively
- Comply with health care policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Full or Provisional CPSBC license required
- Certification with CCFP is mandatory
- Mandatory CMPA membership
- Experience in a community health setting preferred
- Strong dedication to patient-centric care
