The Role This is a hands-on, execution-focused role partnering closely with senior leaders and frontline teams. You'll be responsible for translating HR strategy into practical, day-to-day action , with strong visibility and mentorship from the Head of HR. This is not a policy-only role — we're looking for someone who gets things done .
