Lead retail operations at Atlantic Superstore as a Department Manager, guiding merchandising, inventory, and customer service across your department.
This Department Manager oversees daily operations within a specific store department. You will pursue sales and profitability goals while developing associates through customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising. The work supports store-wide standards, replenishment, safety, and collaboration with management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for an assigned store department
- Meet or exceed departmental sales and profitability goals
- Train associates in service, product knowledge, and merchandising
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and merchandise presentation
- Communicate with store management and department managers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
