Use customer focus and technological confidence to guide Desjardins members and clients through banking transactions in a full-time, on-site setting.
As an advisory agent, you will help create satisfying experiences by listening, addressing needs, and offering personalized solutions. You will explain digital tools, promote relevant products and services, and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities. French knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial transactions proceed smoothly
- Explain technological tools and applications for self-service
- Share prevention and safety advice about technology
- Contribute to business development and relationships
- Stay current on standards, products, and services
Requirements:
- Related high school diploma
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Required knowledge of French
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and clients
- Situational adaptability and nimble learning
