We're looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

Duties:

  • Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
  • Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
  • Accept customer calls and return customer
  • Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
  • Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
  • Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
  • 100% work from home.
  • Paid weekly along with earned bonuses.
