SAP Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION As a Project Manager, you will support the SAP ERP and Business Systems team by coordinating and executing project tasks across various stages of prioritized Tech and ERP projects. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the project team to ensure that project goals are met in alignment with company objectives, maintaining consistency in project standards and facilitating communication and support throughout the project lifecycle. This is starting as a 12 month contract, fully remote across Canada. Responsibilities: • Assisting with project initiation by gathering requirements, supporting scope definition, and coordinating initial planning activities • Coordinating internal resources and external vendors as needed, providing regular updates to project stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals • Participating in change management activities to support successful project adoption, including coordinating training sessions and preparing change-related materials • Supporting post-implementation activities by gathering feedback and providing recommendations for continuous improvement Contributing to project documentation, decision tracking, and ensuring the project aligns with established ERP and Tech standards Must Haves: 7+ years of PM experience, ideally some experience within SAP or another ERP system Experience with SAP S4 Hana Implementation in retail environment You have a PMP, Activate, or Scrum certifications with experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments Strong understanding of SAP ERP SAP experience Supply chain experience Have used PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Share Point and Power BI
