Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process for commercial mortgage loans
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and brokers
- Prepare detailed loan summaries and credit packages
- Assess financial standing of borrowers and properties
- Communicate with stakeholders on renewal requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in commercial banking or lending
- Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Knowledge of CMHC-insured programs is a plus
