As a cornerstone of the London Drugs team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Duties involve addressing inquiries, supervising front-end operations, and maintaining cashier effectiveness. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will need to apply your skills in a high-pressure environment while providing guidance and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to customers in-store
- Oversee cashier operations and front-end service quality
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly
- Replenish cash float and ensure supply availability
- Train and oversee the work quality of staff
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Proven ability to manage stress in busy environments
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Must have flexible availability throughout the week
