Lead daily restaurant operations for Domino's Pizza of Canada in Edmonton, using team coaching and food safety knowledge on-site.
As a full-time Assistant Manager, you support store performance alongside the Store Manager. Your work covers food preparation, product quality, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, customer service, and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation and monitor product quality
- Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate team members
- Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and reporting
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain welcoming store conditions
- Support promotions and performance goals with the Store Manager
Requirements:
- Retail or food service operations experience
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
- Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Food safety and workplace safety understanding
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
