Windows Platform Customer Engineer

Client : Top Technology Company Location: Remote, Canada Contract : 18 months This opportunity has a focus on Azure primarily with a secondary focus on Hyper-V and SCVMM. An Azure Stack/Windows Platform SME Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. 8+ years experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, and advanced troubleshooting Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy. Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises and cloud environments. Familiar with Microsoft enterprise software product offerings. Characteristics of importance include but are not limited to customer service, problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to read/interpret the needs/wants of customer executives and leaders. Candidates must be able to work independently and within a team setting. Excellent demonstrated customer service & presentation skills. BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology or equivalent experience. Microsoft certifications in Windows and Azure are desired. Role type: Advisory - architecture, consulting, and support to help customers drive solutions and resolutions Required Knowledge Hyper-V 2016 and higher SCVMM 2016 and higher Azure Local/Stack HCI 22H2 and higher Windows Server 2012 R2 to 20225 Fluency in both French and English
