Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct after-sales follow-ups for customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management and goods reception
- Maintain a clean, organized store highlighting products
- Undertake other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong listening skills and advisory ability
- Enthusiastic team player with a design interest
- Physically able to lift up to 65 lbs (30 kg)
