As part of the finance team, you report to the Accounting Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass managing customer billing processes and vendor invoice verification in a vibrant rental business. By ensuring the integrity of financial records, you contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices for equipment rentals efficiently
- Manage payment processes and account reconciliations
- Verify vendor invoices for all operational expenditures
- Execute timely vendor payments and maintain records
- Prepare reports to support business operations
Requirements:
- College diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Extensive experience with Texada Systematic Rental Management
- Background in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
