Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and manage culinary professionals in operations
- Drive goals and enhance team development initiatives
- Oversee strategic planning for the restaurant's success
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Open new restaurant locations throughout Canada and the US
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years in a culinary leadership role
- Proven track record of team coaching and development
- Experience with budget management and forecasting
- Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification needed
- Strong commitment to excellence and team culture
