Power BI and SQL expertise can support GreenShield's hybrid Business Intelligence Analyst team, delivering actionable insights for organizational priorities.
This Business Intelligence Analyst connects business stakeholders with technical teams to create scalable, accurate, governed analytics solutions. You will design dashboards, translate requirements, monitor performance, and support strategic and operational improvement. The work includes Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, alongside data querying, transformation, and modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Monitor indicators for trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Guide users on BI tools and data interpretation
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in a related quantitative or technical field
- Three-plus years designing BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Proficiency with SQL, DAX, Power Query, or M
- Experience with ETL, databases, warehouses, and cloud platforms
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
