We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team and support world-class clients with operational excellenceABOUT THE ROLE:Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using TMS and proprietary systemsCommunicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and deliver service excellenceMaintain customer/vendor databases and key documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents)Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulationsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:At least 1+ years of logistics industry experience; 3PL/4PL experience is a plusAt least 1+ year as a logistics specialist is a hugely beneficialExperience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR is a strong plusStrong business acumen and service-first mindsetCCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an assetExcellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsFlexible schedule, including weekends/stat holidays as neededMust be a Permanent Resident or CitizenWHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:Candidates with only warehouse, forklift, or retail experience will not be considered.
