Build dependable client systems as a Senior Network Infrastructure Administrator at Techify, troubleshooting root causes across networking, servers, and cloud environments.
Techify needs a hands-on technical administrator to own multiple client environments and improve them against proven standards. The work includes network assessment, system mapping, documentation, Microsoft 365 administration, and Azure fundamentals. You will communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining secure, predictable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex issues across multiple client environments
- Resolve recurring problems at their infrastructure root
- Standardize configurations to improve consistency and performance
- Maintain structured, reliable technical documentation
- Contribute to standards, processes, and tooling improvements
Requirements:
- Five or more years in network administration or IT infrastructure
- Structured, methodical approach to technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and own technical outcomes
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Post-secondary education in IT or related field
Use systems thinking, root-cause analysis, and documentation discipline to deliver reliable infrastructure across Techify client environments.
