As a Talent & Leadership Development Advisor, you will support strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. Your work spans leadership development, learning culture, project communication, and program measurement. You will collaborate with stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify talent development needs with internal stakeholders
- Design and implement leadership development programs
- Develop artificial intelligence skills learning initiatives
- Measure program impact and adjust approaches
- Communicate project progress, issues, and results
Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline
- Minimum five years designing organizational development programs
- Strong analytical skills using needs and available data
- Comfort using artificial intelligence tools for learning solutions
- Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency required
