Lead demand generation strategy remotely from Canada with expertise in full-funnel campaigns and performance marketing. Shape pipeline growth for ambitious technology brands.
As Performance Manager, you will drive project excellence within Thrive Digital's Performance department. You will guide multi-channel strategy, solve complex client challenges, and strengthen team capabilities. The role supports priority brands while advancing performance marketing services and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research, media planning, and strategic roadmaps
- Oversee hands-on campaign execution and optimization
- Report key performance indicators to stakeholders
- Advise clients on workflows and resource management
- Mentor team members through training and feedback
Requirements:
- Plan full-funnel campaigns across multiple performance platforms
- Manage monthly media spends exceeding $500,000 USD
- Lead teams of five to ten members
- Build dashboards using Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau
- Communicate strategy effectively with senior stakeholders
