We are seeking a gas station supervisor with a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience. Your key role will include supervising staff, assigning duties, and managing cash handling. You will also prepare sales reports, resolve customer complaints, and conduct performance reviews for a team of 3-4 individuals to maintain high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise apprentices and sales staff effectively
- Assign daily duties to ensure operational efficiency
- Hire and train new team members accurately
- Prepare insightful reports on sales and personnel
- Resolve customer issues and supply shortages promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient with MS Outlook for reporting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask in a busy environment
