Mercer's Career Consulting Team is seeking a Senior Associate, Change Management Consulting.
This hybrid role can be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa or Montreal

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case‐by‐case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‐based incentives.

We will count on you to:
- Manage project delivery for change management workstreams for large-scale transformation and M&A engagements: Develop and maintain plans, timelines, budgets, resourcing and trackers to keep milestones and deliverables on schedule
