YWCA BC is seeking a Case Manager to work with job seekers at the WorkBC Centre. You will assess needs, develop Employment Action Plans, and connect clients with interventions like skills training and wage subsidies.
You will monitor progress and maintain accurate records in the ICM system while collaborating with a multi-agency team. The role requires at least 2 years in employment counselling, a bachelor's or related certificate, and strong English communication.
