- A minimum of 2 years retail experience with 1 year in management
- Strong interpersonal communication in a customer-centric environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs, heavier items with help
- Initiative-driven self-starter attitude
