Lead hands-on contents restoration at First Onsite, applying fire, water, and mold cleaning methods while mentoring teammates during projects.
As a Contents Crew Lead, internally known as Contents Technician II, you restore affected belongings and guide Contents Technician I team members. You use specialized equipment, track and photograph contents, maintain records, and troubleshoot project needs. Your work helps people recover items affected by fire, water, and mold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restore contents affected by fire, water, and mold
- Guide and support Contents Technician I team members
- Operate Ozone, Hydroxyl, and similar restoration equipment
- Track, photograph, and document contents accurately
- Clean equipment and keep projects on schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum one year restoration or emergency services experience
- Knowledge of fire, water, and mold cleaning methods
- Required WRT, FSRT, and OCT certifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Availability for rotating on-call schedules and physical work
