Lead dental practice operations at Dawson Dental Scarborough in a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role requiring clinical dental management experience.
As Practice Manager, you will improve productivity, patient growth, compliance, and team performance. The position combines operational planning, coaching, staffing, payroll administration, and accounts receivable oversight. You will also support recruitment and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build plans improving daily practice operations and productivity
- Review clinic indicators and coach teams on improvements
- Oversee compliance programs and provincial health standards
- Lead team motivation, engagement, and patient retention
- Manage staffing costs, payroll, and accounts receivable
Requirements:
- Clinical dental management experience is required
- University or college diploma in business or office administration
- Three to five years as Dental Practice Lead or Manager
- Supervisory experience with scheduling, finances, inventory, and people
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and business acumen
