RBC is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Commercial Financial Services program. This training position lasts approximately ten months, pairing you with a mentor for guidance. You'll engage face-to-face with commercial clients, leveraging your expertise in accounts, credit lending, and deposits to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored financial advice to clients
- Utilize sales planning and prospecting tools
- Implement continuous improvement for client experience

Requirements:
- 1-2 years in commercial lending preferred
- Diploma/degree in commerce or business administration
- Successful experience in business development and prospecting
- Financial statement analysis and computer modeling proficiency
- Bilingualism in English and French is essential
