Put long-distance driving experience to work with Safex Transport, travelling in teams to the west coast of the United States. Drive well-maintained assigned trucks.
This Class 1 truck driver position involves transporting merchandise across long routes. Safex Transport provides brand-new trucks, planned itineraries, and team support available twenty-four hours daily. Couples are welcome, while drivers must communicate in French or English and demonstrate organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive assigned trucks on long-distance routes
- Travel in teams toward the western United States
- Load and unload different merchandise types
- Check vehicle maintenance throughout each trip
- Inform head office about shipment irregularities
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 heavy-vehicle driver's license
- Long-distance travel experience
- Excellent driving record
- Respect for road rules and safe driving practices
- Organizational skills and team spirit
