We are filling two permanent positions for hardworking Construction Workers. The role demands expertise in residential construction and roofing along with experience in loading, unloading, and material transportation. Candidates must be prepared to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces, while maintaining safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Assist in building demolition and debris removal
- Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse
- Perform routine maintenance work on site
- Direct traffic near construction areas
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Secondary school graduation certificate required
- 1 to 7 months of relevant experience preferred
- Capable of handling weights up to 30 lbs
- Own tools and personal protective equipment needed
