Build accounting experience with Procurify as a Junior Accountant focused on invoicing, receivables, and reconciliations while working remotely across Canada. Help maintain accurate customer billing and financial records.
This early-career Finance role supports billing, collections, reporting, and month-end close activities. You will work with financial systems, spreadsheets, and cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Success. The position also involves improving workflows through automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate customer invoices using contract terms and company policies
- Maintain customer account records across financial and billing systems
- Follow up professionally on outstanding receivables and aging balances
- Support reconciliations, revenue checks, and month-end close activities
- Identify workflow improvements and support accounting automation adoption
Requirements:
- One to two years of similar Finance experience, preferably SaaS
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Spreadsheet comfort and willingness to learn accounting systems
- Accounting, Finance, Business, or related diploma or bachelor's degree
