Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients
- Utilize JSON for form logic and modify PDFs as needed
- Deliver technical support for enterprise clients
- Document user experiences and recommend improvements
- Collaborate on identifying new features to elevate service
Requirements:
- Educational foundation in computer science or similar fields
- Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills
- Proactive mindset with an inclination to improve processes
- Previous experience in financial services is beneficial
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
