This virtual consultant role supports clients beyond their first meeting. You will explain available options, document interactions, schedule appointments, and stay connected throughout the relationship. The position includes a qualified-interest pipeline rather than cold calling, plus full training and a current technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs during virtual consultations
- Teach clients about available insurance options
- Maintain relationships after initial meetings
- Record notes and keep CRM information current
- Manage client appointments and related administration
Requirements:
- Driven approach to client consulting
- Trainable and dependable working style
- Comfort competing in a performance-based environment
- Comfort appearing on camera
- Availability for Zoom interviews
