Ledcor Highways Ltd. is looking for dedicated individuals to maintain Alberta's highways year-round. Candidates should possess a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license and be comfortable operating heavy equipment like snowplow trucks and wheel loaders. You'll contribute to community safety while enjoying competitive wages, training, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders effectively
- Maintain provincial highways including crack sealing and pothole repair
- Work outside in various weather conditions
- Assist with bridge and signage cleaning tasks
- Engage in hazard remediation efforts as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license with air endorsement
- Clear 3-year driver's abstract
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
- Previous heavy equipment operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
