Become a Construction Helper with T&D Evolution Construction Ltd in North York, ON. This full-time role involves hands-on tasks like material handling and asphalt paving to support our construction projects.
T&D Evolution Construction Ltd is looking for three self-motivated Construction Helpers. You will assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials, as well as mixing and spreading materials on-site. Training will be provided for selected candidates as you step into this physically demanding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Mix, pour, and spread construction materials
- Assist with pipe alignment during pipeline work
- Pave and rake asphalt for construction projects
- Remove rubble and debris from work sites
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- No formal education requirements
- Ability to handle heavy loads regularly
- Prepared for physically demanding tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
