Homewood HealthTM seeks a part-time Solution Focused Brief Therapy Counsellor in Saskatchewan. Provide impactful, short-term counseling addressing mental health and relationship concerns.
This role requires registered mental health professionals to deliver in-person counseling through Homewood HealthTM Stay at Work Services and Employee and Family Assistance Program. You'll engage with diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on solution-oriented approaches to issues like anxiety and stress management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solution-focused therapy for various mental health issues
- Work with individuals, couples, families, and children
- Adhere to professional standards in counseling practices
- Participate in clinical consultations with management
- Engage in best practices to enhance client outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in counseling or Bachelor of Social Work
- Registration with a provincial regulatory body
- 3 years of counseling or social services experience
- Professional liability insurance coverage
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
