Stem Health is seeking a forward-thinking Physician to provide tailored primary care in a supportive, low-volume setting. In this role, you'll focus on conducting comprehensive medical assessments, developing individualized health plans, and delivering ongoing care to a select panel of clients. Your passion for preventive health, combined with experience in private healthcare, will help foster meaningful connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical assessments emphasizing prevention
- Develop personalized health plans with advanced diagnostics
- Provide ongoing care with extended visit durations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain detailed, timely patient records
Requirements:
- MD with full Ontario practice license
- CFPC or RCPSC designation required
- 3–5 years clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in preventive health and longevity medicine
