Join VO2 Group Canada as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, based in Montreal's dynamic environment. This role involves custom solution configuration and direct collaboration with clients to maximize marketing automation efforts.
We're looking for a consultant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your role will include defining client needs, implementing tailored solutions, and ensuring effective use of AI to enhance customer journeys. Strong organizational skills and a passion for client success will be crucial in this exciting position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and understand client marketing needs
- Develop and configure personalized marketing solutions
- Manage implementation with experienced Salesforce teams
- Leverage AI for operational efficiencies
- Provide ongoing maintenance and client support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud
- Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Cloud features
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Fluency in French and conversational English
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools
