Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with research and property-level summaries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Support calendar coordination and document management
- Maintain organized digital and physical property files
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and tenants
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or accounting
- Experience in office coordination or customer service
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Background in commercial real estate or related fields
