Apex Graphics seeks a Bindery Production Coordinator to work closely with the Bindery Manager. You will manage production scheduling, oversee material inventory, and ensure efficient job staging. Your hands-on experience in bindery or print finishing will support your transition to broader production planning responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operator assignments for Bindery Manager approval
- Distribute tasks to Lead Hands and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper staging to minimize downtime
- Review and correct daily production data
- Assist with production scheduling alongside the Bindery Manager
Requirements:
- 5+ years in bindery or print finishing roles
- Knowledge of finishing equipment and workflows
- Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations
- Exceptional attention to detail in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
