Lead client-focused freight forwarding coordination for CEVA Logistics in Mississauga, supporting road, air, FCL, and LCL shipment requirements.
As a Projects Professional, you will provide high-quality service for changing client needs involving complex project logistics. Your responsibilities include coordinating suppliers, preparing documentation, maintaining reports, invoicing, monitoring cargo, and answering quotation requests. Strong compliance awareness supports each shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish constructive relationships with clients
- Follow up on orders with multiple suppliers
- Maintain internal or external shipment reports
- Invoice clients according to provided rates
- Support colleagues during vacations and absences
Requirements:
- Very strong customer service skills
- Comfort coordinating FCL, LCL, road, and air
- Five to seven years of transport industry experience
- Attention to detail and proactive risk mitigation
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
