Lids Sales Help Keyholder

Drive Lids customer service and sales as a Sales Help Keyholder, using clear communication and product knowledge in the retail store. Support fan-focused shopping experiences through service and presentation.

As a 3rd Key at Lids Sports Group, you will help customers select licensed headwear and apparel matching team pride and personal style. You will maintain product presentation, support inventory activities, and follow Lids Retail policies. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth through customer service
  • Meet or exceed company goals in individual statistics
  • Maintain visual standards, signage, and store cleanliness
  • Process shipments and reset merchandise
  • Protect company assets within Lids Retail guidelines

Requirements:

  • Communicate verbally in a clear, professional manner
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally climb ladders and work overhead
  • Constantly stand and frequently walk during shifts
  • Operate computers and mobile Point-of-Sale systems
