Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding front counter customer service and sales
- Recommend vehicle services and quote pricing for customers
- Assist in managing annual budgets and operational benchmarks
- Supervise and motivate store associates for maximum productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and training protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; post-secondary certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years automotive industry experience
- Previous experience in management or service roles
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
