Coordinate drivers, equipment, and routes as an Afternoon Transportation Dispatcher with Kuthala Group in Georgetown, ON. Work full-time on-site while managing afternoon operations.
This dispatcher coordinates trips, plans routes, and supports timely pickups and deliveries. You will monitor schedules, track loads, and communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams. The role also supports accurate records, transportation management systems, and transportation compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and equipment
- Plan routes for timely pickups and deliveries
- Monitor schedules and track active loads
- Respond to delays and communicate operational updates
- Maintain dispatch records and update transportation systems
Requirements:
- Strong dispatch, route planning, and scheduling skills
- Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Secondary school diploma required
- Afternoon availability for on-site work in Georgetown
