Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable software for AI and Voice AI agents
- Define system architecture and infrastructure requirements
- Collaborate to define product requirements and solutions
- Lead Agile sprints and support software deployment
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of distributed application experience
- 2+ years in Voice AI and LLM workflows
- Hands-on with cloud-native applications
- Strong technical communication skills
