Sell furnaces, air conditioners, and IAQ products from a home-based Windsor position using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Energy Management Consultant in Residential Sales, you will conduct in-home sales and serve residential customers. The work includes equipment selection, sizing, quoting, selling, and supporting professional installation. You will build relationships, self-generate business, and grow the market through customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales of furnaces, air conditioners, and IAQ products
- Select, size, quote, and sell residential equipment
- Canvass and sell to new and existing customers
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service
- Resolve customer concerns and issues effectively
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Proven performance against sales and quality targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
