Use RPA, process optimization, and data analysis at LG's North York office, working hybrid with four days onsite weekly. This six-month contract supports business systems improvement.
The Business Systems Analyst works within CFO / Process Innovation, supporting every business function through automation and analysis. You will gather requirements, document specifications, manage data quality, and help developers and testers validate solutions. The role also involves RPA workflow design and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and document business and systems requirements
- Translate requirements into functional and system specifications
- Design optimized workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath
- Identify process optimization and automation opportunities
- Analyze data using Excel and business intelligence tools
Requirements:
- Three or more years as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with RPA platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data interpretation abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
