Music knowledge and customer service come together in this full-time permanent Lessons Associate position at Calgary East. Work across weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
In the Music Lessons department, you will register and schedule students while supporting lesson administration. The work includes phone communication, payment processing, student records, commission reconciliation, and recital assistance. You will assist the Lessons Coordinator with essential clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register students and schedule music lessons
- Answer phone inquiries and relay teacher messages
- Receive payments and assist with overdue accounts
- Update student records with the Lessons Coordinator
- Assist with commission reconciliation and recitals
Requirements:
- One year of instrumental music studies minimum
- Basic knowledge of musical instruments
- Availability weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Good computer, office, and clerical skills
