The Role: Conduct 1-call close consultations for a $3,000 transformation program Manage a remote calendar and lead pipeline Follow up with prospects and provide guidance aligned with our clients values Sell with integrity and deep alignment with the mission of personal and spiritual transformation The Ideal Candidate: Bilingual in French (Canada) and English 1+ year experience closing high-ticket coaching, consulting, or transformation offers Passionate about quantum physics, personal development, or spiritual growth Remote-ready: clean background, high-quality mic/camera, punctual Self-motivated and able to manage leads with little oversight Compensation: OTE = $110K - $150K/yr with upside potential for top performers (commission-only role) This includes a $5k/mo draw for the first 60 days of ramp up Commissions are tiered between 10%-15% depending on your close rate
