In this pivotal role, the Vice President will manage mergers and acquisitions, leveraging 7 to 10 years of experience in private equity or investment banking. You'll oversee deal execution, coordinate due diligence, and mentor junior team members within a tight-knit group. This position can be performed remotely or based in the Saskatoon office, ensuring flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with origination for seamless deal transitions
- Develop detailed transaction execution plans
- Manage deal processes from LOI through to closing
- Ensure robust financial models are created
- Oversee due diligence coordination and communication
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years in private equity, investment banking
- Proven track record in leading M&A transactions
- Strong due diligence and analytical skills
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
