In this position, you will be responsible for operating a recycling collection vehicle and loading materials from curbs. Candidates need to hold a valid Ontario DZ license and have experience driving large vehicles. Your role is essential for waste diversion efforts, contributing to a sustainable future with one of Canada's Greenest Employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recycling collection vehicle efficiently
- Load curbside materials into the vehicle timely
- Observe and implement safe work practices
- Provide high-quality customer service in the field
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
Requirements:
- Valid DZ driver's license and a clean driving record
- Minimum one year of relevant driving experience
- Capacity to lift up to 50lbs safely
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
- Reliable and punctual team contributor
